The Enduro coaching team are Brazilian Jiu-jitsu specialists, also well versed in Wrestling, Judo, and Muay Thai. We offer Black Belt level instruction at an affordable price, with no contract.
You don't need to be fit to do Jiu-jitsu - doing Jiu-jitsu will get you fit!

Brett Ritz
Black Belt - 1st Degree
Brett Ritz has been training in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu since 2005 and currently holds the rank of 1st degree black belt. Brett was promoted to black belt in 2020 by 6th degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt Cristiano Ribeiro. Brett has also trained in Judo, as well as Muay Thai Kickboxing. Brett served in the U.S. Army from 1990-1998 and was assigned to the 101st Airborne/Air Assault Division, 2nd Infantry Division, and 5501st U.S. Army Hospital. In addition to Brett's military service, his career in the fields of criminal justice and forensic psychology for over two decades has informed the importance of practical self defense techniques. While having a deep understanding of the importance of self defense Brett also enjoys and has many years of experience coaching and cornering competitive Jiu-jitsu athletes and MMA fighters. Brett has a masters degree in criminology, along with undergraduate degrees in anthropology and nursing.

Brett Hunter Ritz
Black Belt
Hunter Ritz is a lifelong martial artist, starting in karate and wrestling just before his 4th birthday. Hunter started training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in 2006 at the age of 8, and earned his black belt in 2022. In his youth, Hunter was a prolific Jiu-jitsu competitor winning numerous medals. Hunter wrestled for several years in Idaho and Iowa, and competed as a varsity wrestler at Madison La Follette H.S. In addition to his Jiu-jitsu and wrestling experience, Hunter has also trained in Muay Thai, Aikido, and Judo. Hunter is known for his excellent grappling skills and his ability to teach young and old.

Eric Ritz
Brown Belt
Coach Eric is a Brown Belt under Professors Brett Ritz and Hunter Ritz.
Coach Eric assists and leads classes. He was the captain of the East High School Wrestling team and has been practicing martial arts since age 5. Eric has practice in Muay Thai, Boxing, Judo, Wrestling, and Aikido.
Off the mats, Eric is a student at MATC studying nursing, an assistant coach for the East wrestling team, a gamer, and also enjoys powerlifting.
Eric is the son of Professor Brett Ritz and brother of Professor Hunter Ritz.
