At Wolf Pack Combat Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality martial arts training, programs, and services. Because we allocate space, coaching time, and resources upon registration, our refund policies are structured to protect both our members and our business operations.

By purchasing any service, membership, program, or product, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Membership Fees

All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

If you choose to cancel your membership, cancellation terms outlined in your signed membership agreement will apply. Any required notice periods must be honored.

Failure to attend classes does not qualify for a refund.

Program Registrations, Seminars, and Events

For special programs, seminars, workshops, or events:

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event may qualify for a credit toward a future program.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. If we cancel an event, you will be offered either a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Merchandise and Physical Products

If merchandise is sold through the website:

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.

Digital Products and Online Programs

All digital products, online programs, downloadable materials, and virtual coaching services are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

Immediate suspension of services
Termination of membership
Additional administrative fees

We encourage all members to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns.

Medical or Emergency Exceptions

In cases of documented medical emergencies or serious injury that prevent participation, we may, at our discretion, offer account credits or membership holds. Documentation may be required.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
